Joe White

Joe White was born and raised right here in Little Rock, Arkansas. He spent his first summer on a survey crew in 1980 while attending school at the University of Arkansas.

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1984, Joe returned to the Central Arkansas and became one of the lead engineers and eventually a partner at a well-known civil engineering firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

After serving several years as partner, he branched out and helped start another civil engineering firm – Joe White & Associates, Inc. which is named for his father.

His engineering experience ranges across a wide variety of projects, including residential developments like Chenal Valley, public and private institutions like the Central Arkansas Library System and Episcopal Collegiate School, commercial and retail centers like the Pleasant Ridge Town Center, and corporate offices like the new Bank OZK headquarters.

When he’s not working, Joe enjoys spending time with his family. You can usually find him by the lake, out for a bike ride, or watching a Razorback game with his kids.
